“‘Proud of the UAE’ is an initiative that strengthens the sense of belonging among the university community
The Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Al Ain organized a national initiative titled “Proud of the UAE” across its two campuses, as part of its commitment to enhancing students’ sense of national identity and supporting them psychologically and morally, especially during the final examination period of the second semester.
The initiative included interactive activities with the participation of the university president, administrative and academic staff, as well as students, where they wrote motivational messages expressing pride and appreciation for the nation. The event also included the distribution of national-themed gifts, creating a positive atmosphere that reflected cooperation and belonging.
The initiative further featured an interactive space with a large map of the United Arab Emirates, allowing students and staff to express their love for the country by writing national messages, which added a vibrant and engaging atmosphere within the university environment.
The event witnessed wide participation across both campuses and contributed to reinforcing values of loyalty and belonging, boosting students’ morale, and supporting their academic journey toward excellence and success, while fostering a positive and cohesive university community spirit.
