Law students visit Hili Police Station

Al Ain University (Al Ain Campus), represented by the College of Law (CoL) and in cooperation with the Al Ain Police Directorate, organized a visit for students to the Hili Police Station, under the supervision of Prof. Mohammed Al Kharsha.

The visit included a lecture given by Major Khalifa Al Darmaki (Head of the Criminal Investigation Department at Hili Police Station), where he explained about the most important duties of the judicial police officers, and how to follow up cases from the beginning of receiving communication or complaint until the completion of sending it to the Public Prosecution. The visit also included a tour to the center's departments and a brief of the duties and tasks of each department.

The aim of the visit is to link the theoretical part with the practical side, by examining the procedures of judicial police officers’ inference and investigation stages.

It is important to mention that Prof. Mustafa Qandil- Dean of the CoL, thanked the authorities in-charge of the Al Ain Police Directorate and Hili Police Station for receiving the students and for their efforts in facilitating the academic progress of students in enhancing their knowledge and practical experience.
