A lecture at AAU about divorce disputes in cooperation with Dubai Courts
In collaboration with Dubai Courts, the College of Law at Al Ain University, Abu Dhabi Campus, organized a seminar entitled “Practical problems in divorce disputes and means of resolution”, presented by Dr. Jasim Mohamed Al Hosani from Dubai Courts, and supervised by Dr. Ali Al Obaidi from the College of Law, in the presence of Prof. Mustafa Qandil, Dean of the College of Law, Dr. Tayel Al Shayeb, Deputy Dean for Graduate Studies, and number of academic staff and students.
The seminar focused on the gravity of increasing divorce rate in the UAE society, applying the law to divorce proceedings, types of divorce, and problems caused by divorce.
At the end of the seminar, the discussion was open for the audience, while the presenter was honored by the Dean of the College of Law.
